Bio

Leonel graduated from P-Tech Norwalk (Connecticut), where he attained both a high school diploma and an associate in web development and design concurrently. He further honed his skills as an IBM Apprentice Alumn (2021-2022), a transformative experience that propelled him into his current role as a UX Designer for IBM Cloud.

In his current role, Leonel focuses on the user experience for IBM Cloud Schematics, an offering within the Cloud Native PaaS and Satellite portfolio.

Leonel is also a Business Resource Group (BRG) Leader for Familia at IBM, he passionately champions diversity and inclusivity, fostering a culture that celebrates the unique contributions of our Hispanic community and the unique individuals that are a part of it.

More recently, he attendee at the Hispanic Leadership Summit hosted at the United Nations in December 2023, Leonel brings this perspective to his passions and projects to help further the community where he can.
